Photography and image-based art — black and white editions on Japanese and fine art papers, glass-laminated objects, original paintings, drawings, and video installations, produced in-house at our Zurich studio or by the artists themselves.

The Collection spans unique works and strictly numbered editions, drawn from two distinct sources : a private archive of historical photographic glass plates, and contemporary works produced or presented in collaboration with living artists.

Klaus-Martin Gareis photographs weeds — plants most people pull from the ground without looking at them. His series “What Remains”, part of the broader “Das unKraut” project, captures six Swiss-native species during winter, at the end or the beginning of their cycle. Shot in situ and printed on handmade Awagami Hakuho Editioning paper of 220 g/m², 43 × 52 cm, each image treats its subject with the attention usually reserved for rare things. The overlooked becomes, briefly, unavoidable.
