Eva Iten ist eine im Kanton Zug lebende Fotografin und seit über 30 Jahren leidenschaftliche Taucherin.

Ihre blackprint edition “The Landscape we lose”, für welche sie unter Wasser ohne zusätzliches Licht fotografierte, zielt darauf ab, das Bewusstsein für die kritische Situation der Korallenriffe zu schärfen. Die Fotografien zeigen lebende Korallenriffe, sowie die Meereslebewesen, die von ihnen abhängig sind. Sie offenbaren ein komplettes Ökosystem, das bald verloren gehen könnte.

Die Künstlerin Eva Iten und blackprint unterstützen rrreefs für ihr Projekt zum Wiederaufbau und zur Regeneration bedrohter Korallenriffe,  mit 10% des Erlöses aus dem Verkauf der Edition “Die Landschaft, die wir verlieren”.

Die Archivdrucke sind in limitierten Auflagen von 5 Exemplaren erhältlich.
Exklusives handgemachtem Washi-Papier, nummeriert und von der Künstlerin signiert.

Eva Iten is a Swiss photographer and has been diving for over 30 years.

Her blackprint edition series is called “The landscape we lose” and aims to raise awareness about the critical situation of the coral reefs. The photographs show living coral reefs as well as the marine life that depends on them. They reveal a complete ecosystem that can soon be lost.

The artist Eva Iten and blackprint support the association rrreefs with 10% of the proceeds from the sale of the edition “The landscape we lose”, for their project to rebuild and regenerate threatened coral reefs around the world.

The artworks are available in limited editions of 5 copies.

Klaus-Martin Gareis ist ein Schweizer Künstler, der die analoge Fotografie erforscht.

Die Arbeit “Das unKraut” ist eine Serie, die im Winter 2018 entstanden ist und Unkräuter zu einem Zeitpunkt zeigt, an dem ihr Lebenszyklus zu Ende geht oder wieder beginnt. Die Serie versucht, einen malerischen Ansatz zu ihrer Essenz zu finden und porträtiert zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten einige dieser Pflanzen, die in der Schweiz heimisch sind. Die skulpturale Darstellung betont die fragile Schönheit dieser Pflanzen und nimmt das UN-gewollte und UN-geliebte aus dem unKraut heraus.

Die blackprint Editionen von Klaus-Martin Gareis sind in limitierten Auflagen von 7 Exemplaren erhältlich.

Klaus-Martin Gareis is a Swiss artist who explores analogue photography.

The works “Das unKraut” is a series that has been taken during winter 2018 and shows weeds at a time when their life cycle comes to an end or is about to start again. The serie attempt a pictorial approach to its essence and portrays at different times of year a number of these plants that are native to Switzerland. The sculptural way of depiction emphasizes the fragile beauty of these plants and takes away the UN-desired and UN-loved from the unKraut.
