Photography and image-based art — black and white editions on Japanese and fine art papers, glass-laminated objects, original paintings, drawings, and video installations, produced in-house at our Zurich studio or by the artists themselves.

The Collection spans unique works and strictly numbered editions, drawn from two distinct sources : a private archive of historical photographic glass plates, and contemporary works produced or presented in collaboration with living artists.

Since 2021, blackprint has been producing and presenting works in which the physical and digital components are conceived together — not one added to the other, but both part of the same object from the outset. A print registered on the blockchain is not a print with a certificate: it is a work whose ownership, provenance, and technical specifications are permanently and publicly recorded.

The category brings together phygital works from both the blackprint edition programme and the Collection OFF — prints, drawings, and video installations paired with NFTs on the Tezos blockchain. Most are unique or strictly limited.
