Edition Artist #01 (update)
Alexander Sporre “Rotms_zur_3”
Sometimes some works require a much longer reflection on design than others in order to always be able to offer you absolutely unique pieces. “Rotms_zur_3” by Alexander Sporre, produced by blackprint edition, is an example of this.
In the design of the frame, we wanted to preserve the fragility and transparency of Alexander Sporre’s photographic work while protecting this magnificent 20g/m2 paper handmade in Bhutan.
This exclusive first limited edition black-and-white is suspended in an ash wood frame, custom-made by a Swiss craftsman. The artwork is suspended and “floats” inside the frame and protected by a high quality Optium Museum Acrylic® glass which is anti-reflective, anti-static, unbreakable, anti-scratch and 99% UV protected.
This blackprint edition of 7 pieces by Alexander Sporre is signed and numbered.
