Olli Bery is a French photographer with a very direct approach that leaves no room for concessions. He developed his photographic language around reality, which allows him to exhibit the unusual, but also recognizable, face of the world. His works are a vibrant dialogue that takes place in an intimate environment. Olli Bery knows how to listen and how to respond.

ex-negativo makes explicit a logic that runs through the blackprint edition programme from its origin. The editions — historical and contemporary alike — work from a prior source: a glass plate, a negative, a microscope slide, a photograph made to be destroyed — to produce an object that source could not contain. The artists brought together in this exhibition work from the same premise: the final image is not contained in the source —
